Hangzhou Hywelt Chemical Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2006, is a national high-tech enterprise focusing on research and development, production, and sales of ink and polymer materials. It is recognized as a national specialized “little giant” enterprise and serves as the chairman unit of the Ink Application Branch of China Printing and Equipment Industry Association. The company is well-known for its brands “Hywelt” and “Incler” in the ink industry. Their two leading products, decorative paper printing ink and PVC printing ink, hold a significant market share.

Hywelt has a Zhejiang high-tech enterprise research and development center and has received several honors such as “Zhejiang High-tech SMEs” and the “First Prize of Innovation” awarded by China Forest Industry Association. It has been recognized as a patent demonstration enterprise of Zhejiang Province with 36 authorized invention patents and 3 appearance patents. The company has actively participated in the drafting and formulation of numerous national and industry standards. They have taken the lead in drafting the T/ZZB 2228-2021 “Decorative paper water-based printing ink” standard as the first drafting unit of the Zhejiang manufacturing group.

Currently, the company has four subsidiaries: Eachinch, Linyi Hywelt, Lishui Hywelt, and Guigang Hyweltt. They have established a scientific research guidance team consisting of 11 professors and senior engineers. In collaboration with Zhejiang University, the company has established the “Pan Zuren - Hywelt” scholarship and the “Postdoctoral Workstation in Zhejiang Province”. Additionally, they have signed a contract to establish the graduate internship base of the School of Chemical Engineering at Zhejiang University.
